Website Updates: Object Folders & Media Uploads
We have made improvements to the Objects page! Just like in the creation and organization of Media, folders can now be created to organize your Objects. This improvement will quickly ease your search for Objects as you utilize your collection in the creation of Resource Kits.
Another new improvement comes to the input of Media - you can now upload images from anywhere, not just the Media page. This feature is available anywhere Image Media is accepted.
Finally, we have also updated the Frontstage search. We have improved fuzzy matching and added a new “Activity Type” filter that will make it easier for educators and students to find the Resource Kits they are looking for. We’re so excited to roll out these improvements and we know they will play a key role in easing the use of the platform for creators and users alike!

In Case You Missed It
In the coming months, the MDL team plans to incorporate the content creation features of Ebooks into the Narrative activity. These features include Image Essays, Discussion Questions, Multiple Choice Questions, and Drag & Drop Words. These exciting changes will allow you to make Narratives more engaging, visually appealing, and interactive. In anticipation of this change, the ability to create new Ebooks has been disabled.
If you have already drafted an eBook on the platform, the MDL team will be in touch with you to assist in migrating those Ebooks to Narrative activities within new or existing Resource Kits.
